Spent the summer of 2015 working in various marketing capacities for promotional companies in the Maritimes
This includes Diamond Integrated Marketing, where I worked as a brand motivator for TD bank's Friends of the Environment Foundation
Toured all of Nova Scotia with GMR Marketing, operating as the Field Manager for Ben's Bakery where I was tasked with leading a team of individuals
Further developed my customer engagement skills in my experience as a Brand Ambassador for both Desperado and Produktions K, managing a number of experiental campaigns for Toyota and other big brands
As most of the above-mentioned positions were performance-based, I drastically improved my customer service and salesmanship
From 2014 to 2015, I served as the Financial Director for Bishops' annual Fashion Show, the university's largest fundraiser event, helping to raise nearly $20K for the Lennoxville Youth Centre
My chief responsibility as Financial Director was to control and plan the event's finances, handling large sums of cash on a daily basis
Additionally, I managed a team of volunteers and improved my skills with management software by routinely employing Microsoft Office
I also did landscaping work in the summer for Summit Outdoor Services, a Victoria-based construction company

For the duration of 2011, I worked as a line cook at a boutique burger restaurant called Bin 4
Became involved with the Victoria Eagles Summer Baseball league, supporting the coaches as the club's Player Assistant
Did additional coaching for Carnarvon's AA baseball team, reuniting with my former league to assist with coaching and player development
